Went as part of a large group for a tux. Never measured any of the men. He ordered all different brands with varying lapels. Did not get them in until 5 days before and when my husband's did not fit correctly would not rectify the situation (probably due to the time crunch). We were forced to go elsewhere and order a tux for more money than the group rate we would have gotten at a real tux shop. Others in our group were told to come back day after day for alterations that weren't done yet. Ties did not arrive with the tuxes and those would need to be picked up two days prior to the event. This man has no regard for other people's time or satisfaction. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.
