Good: I was subjected to unacceptable service and treatment by them. This really could happen to you or anyone. These guys are fundamentally lacking what it takes to be in the business. Their arrogance and unprofessional ism is mind boggling and sometimes you even wonder if this is America or some third world country you doing business in!!
Anyway my experience :
I wanted to book my international tickets through them on a specific date and was told they will be able to do it for me. I kept sending them almost d. Bad: Service. Improvements: Replace existing people with people that know how to treat customers..
