My grandparents held their 50th anniversary celebration here in the Marriott's banquet room and it was just about darn near perfect. Everyone had a blast of a time and my grandparents were laughing and dancing all over the place. I gotta say that the part that was the most memorable that all the guests could not stop talking about was the food. The caterers at the Marriott really knew how to serve a big party. It did not taste like party food at all. Most of it looked expensive and very french. I never thought I could stomach escargot and mushy veal, but it the way they were prepared was delicious. The best was the dessert, I'm a sucker for ice cream. Sorbet au Citron (Lemon) and Sorbet Tomate à la Menthe (Tomato Mint). Ahhhh....
