I had the BEST car buying experience ever at Evergreen Ford last week. I had a very negative experience the previous week at another dealer so was actually dreading car shopping but I have to say - I really enjoyed working with both Matt Ward (sales mgr/finance) + sales professional, Jonathan Ling. They were so helpful! I was not pressured in any way; and everyone I came in contact with gave me the distinct impression that they were more interested in helping me find the exact car to suit my needs and budget than they were in making a sale.
I should have listened to my son and husband - both had very positive experiences in the past 2 years working with Matt Ward @ Evergreen. They told me not to go anywhere else but Evergreen Ford...but I mistakenly thought that by going out of the city that I would find better pricing. Well, I discovered I was wrong!
Working with Jonathan & Matt was a real pleasure! I came away from the experience feeling 100% satisfied and extremely pleased with the entire transaction. If you want a great car; outstanding prices and an overall awesome buying experience - be sure to ask for Jonathan Ling and Matt Ward - they'll treat you right!
