Review content:
The piece of furniture is great. The woman who owns the story is highly unprofessional and rude to her clients. Right after we made the purchase we moved the chair to our vehicle, during the process a lamp was broken. This was largely because the owner did not clear a pathway and put the chair in the back of the store. Additionally, we were no where near the lamp when it broke as her assistant and my husband were moving the chair and my husband was clear of the air. She then turned and said we had to buy the $300 lamp. We did not agree to this as it was not our fault. Then without my consent she charged $334 to my credit card a few days later. I am currently disputing the claim but wanted to warn everyone. Norwalk the furniture is great, but by it from someone other than Harriet. She is angry, rude, unprofessional, and highly unethical.
