I was referred to this practice from my family doctor. I had to call three times (left 2 messages) before I could get in touch with someone to make my first appointment. Upon arriving (15 minutes early) for my first appointment, my husband and I were treated rudely by the receptionist, and we sat for 30 minutes past the start time of our appointment before we were finally seen. The midwife that we saw was wonderful and the nursing staff was great. I was told I would need to come back for an Ultrasound, since they were too busy to do it that day. My second appointment was at 8 AM (first appointment of the day!). Again, we were treated quite rudely by the receptionist and we were not seen for 30 minutes past the start of our appointment. When I did not hear back about the blood work that I had done on my first appointment, I called three days in a row and left 3 messages. I still have not gotten a phone call back about my test results (1 week later). I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
