Never again will I go to my $40/hour thai massage guy after having this experience with Rama. Now, I treat my massages like my hair. Why go to Supercuts and pay less for an okay hair cut you have to live with when you can pay more for a fabulous hair cut that will make you look and feel fantastic and more confident?
Up until now, I didn't fully appreciate the difference between a professional and an amateur when it comes to massages. Most therapists ask you where your trouble spot is and then don't spend enough time there. Not Rama, he listened to me and delivered. Most therapists I've been to seem to just go through their routine of a full body massage don't really tune into what you need more of. Not Rama, he was able to find all the sweet spots and really hone in on where I needed work. It seems like most therapists I've been too find the tension and just when it's getting good, they're on to another area that's not nearly as awesome and I want to tell them to go back. Not Rama. He instinctively knew what my body needed. He did this thing with his elbow in my shoulder blades as many times as it needed to really loosen things up and it felt amazing!! And he spent lots of time on one of my favorite spots in between my neck and skull. He used techniques I'd never felt before. I think his deep understanding of the human muscular skeletal structure comes through in the ART of his massage. I'd like to try the Structural Integration series with him someday very soon. Thank you Rama for making me feel amazing!! I'll be back.
