Review content:
Was at this restaurant for the first time on Friday night in group of 20 celebrating a birthday party. Food was served sporadically where some people got to eat while others waited up to 45 minutes. When the food did arrive at least six of the plates were cold and 2 were plain wrong. Service was lousy the server didn't even ask us how everything was or apologize for bad dishes. Worst part and this is absolutely a true story there was an (blank) on the floor next to our table -- completely freaked out all the girls made most of us lose our appetite.
When we brought this to the atttention of our server he promptly took care of it and said he would significantly reduce our bill, but when the bill came nothing was done. Had to speak to the head manager/owner some French guy who said the best he could do was knock off two steaks and his reasoning was because they were served very late in the dinner. Didn't care there was a (blank) crawling on the floor or the dishes came out cold. Didn't even care what his server told us about adjusting the bill.
Since it was my girlfriends friends birthday I didn't push too much, finally guy budged a little bit and knocked 50 off the check. Also tried to give us free passes upstairs... gee thanks for letting us go upstairs to your club for free after we suffered through this dinner at your restaurant.
Be careful out there with so many good places to eat and party don't waste your time, money and health on these guys.
