This place is nothing but a joke! The first time I rented from them they did not have my confirmed reservation in their system so after 40 minutes I was given a larger car (gas guzzler on a long trip) that was filthy. Next time I rented they overbooked a particular car and again I was stuck with a car I did not want. The last time I rented was on a Saturday at 5:30 pm (with a reservation). I picked the car up and was told that because they are inside of a Walmart and closed on Sundays at 4:00 pm that I would have to return the car by 3:45 pm. When I told them that would be a 22hr rental and I paid for a full day the manager decided to rant on and on. When it was obvious I was not going to take "NO" for an answer and while I was on my cell phone with corporate, she decided to allow me the rental with the option of dropping the keys through the caged door. This was all they had to do in the first place. All I can say is shame on me for renting here 3 times and dealing with unnecessary grief - Never again!
