Review content:
This complex has had problems in the past, but is quickly on it's way up! They've been evicting crappy residents for almost 6 months, and are in the process of doing lots of great upgrades! The floor plans are spacious, it's on the water and all the upgrades in process will make this a great place to be! We have had a few minor maintenance issues, and both the maintenance staff and management have bent over backwards to help myself and other resdients. If you want a caring management, a great floor plan and good prices for the what you get- check this place out.
This place used to be crappy, but that's in the past. We've had nothing but a great experience, and love our management! We've seen the trash move out, and can't wait until the building is repainted and the hallways tiled! But it's all in process and we've seen way to many positive changes to let the former bad reputation deter us!
Pros: Great floor plans, many upgrades on their way, phenomenal management staff
Cons: Bad reputation, some crappy neighbors- but they are getting kicked out anyway
