I went into this Victoria's Secret in hopes of finding a bra that fit me correctly. The staff was very helpful and I ended up with a great bra from the Nakeds collection. I loved this bra; it was the first that fit me after a long struggle with fit.
I try to take care of my things, especially when I spend extra money on them. This bra's washing instructions specifically read "wash seperately". I washed it in my machine (that has NEVER caused a problem before) along with three other bras and some of my thinner t-shirts.
I opened the washer to find a wrinkled, ripped up remain of my favorite bra. When I called the manager at this store, she could only offer me a discount on a new bra. I understand the return policy, but what Victoria's Secret doesn't seem to get is that there is NO instruction on the bra ANYWHERE that says "HAND wash only" and the manager and another staff member argued with me about that on the phone. Both women said all of their bras say "hand wash seperately" and I'm sitting here looking at mine that clearly does not.
I'm never wasting money on a bra from Victoria's Secret again. They are so "delicate" that they can't even be washed on the gentle cycle with other thin knits. (pst... nothing else in the wash was ruined.)
Pros: manager offered me a discount.
Cons: i'm stuck with a cheap, ruined bra and out 40 dollars.
