I've been going to Emil’s All Tire for about a decade. Ralph, the manager, is a fair and honest person, and likable too. He comes from a good family: his mother and father, who can sometimes be seen working behind the counter, are sweet and intelligent people. Ralph works very hard, including putting in long hours, to provide good service to his customers. Most of his workers are highly proficient, so most of the time good service is what you will get. Occasionally you may experience a problem with a particular job; if so, my advice is to go see Ralph, because he will see to it that the problem is fixed. He values his customers and will not let you walk away dissatisfied.
