?I buy all custom boots and outrageous custom Hats and needed to get my hat steamed and wanted to buy some boots, etc. I called the store after trying 2 disconnected numbers from 411. Told the woman who answered the NY # and she acted like I was dumb. She gave me only 1 name of a place that "might" help me. I would think that since they don't, they would know of places that definitely would. She acted like she could care less. Then I tried from their website to access their Ebay store to check it out and it took me nowhere. I called her back to let her know (most retailers want to know that the link they have is not working so they won't lose biz) and she HUNG UP on me! Can you believe that? I am from Texas, living in NY and no one has ever been like that to me. I will NEVER walk in that store unless I hear an apology. If you work in a western store, act western, not New York! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! Will just find another place to spend my money. Sorry Billy Martin...you lost a big buyer.
