Besides their lack of response to alarm calls and services, numerous members of the military have been screwed over by Quantum Alarm when they PCS or deploy because Quantum's contracts automatically sign you up after they expire without any notification. While it is legal for them to do this, do you really want to hire a company who has absolutely zero respect for you? Not even a courtesy call. That's not a company I want providing me a service. When I go back to Fort Hood I will be looking for a company that actually cares about its customers.
