Review content:
Considering our home is the most important investment we'll ever make, we decided to hire a home inspector prior to purchasing our first home last fall and Fred Mitchell was highly recommended by our real estate agent.
Fred was very thorough in the home inspections that he did for us, each of which took approximately 4.5 hours to complete. Most of the problems that he found were fixed by the home owners. He was also very timely in his arrival and his rate of $250 is pretty reasonable.
