Review content:
American Nails has changed dramatically over the past ten and each year the shop gets worse and worse. The decor is outdated and the chairs are raggedy the carpet is dirty and just about everyone that works there is unorganized. Appointments aren't taken seriously and never take priority even with walk ins. Expect to wait thirty to forty minutes even after scheduling one. There pedicures are the pits and they rush through and do a half job which includes sloppy polishing. The prices are never the same and are quoted based on how the owner feels for the day. I haven't gotten a manicure or pedicure in years but must say they do a wonderful job when it comes to arching eyebrows.
