Businiess name:  Blue Grillhouse

Review content:
The Lehigh Valley isn't known for its gourmet dining experiences. I'm pleased to say that the Blue Grillhouse/Wine Bar rivals any 5-star restaurant you'd find in larger metro areas like Philadelphia and New York. I recently had dinner at Blue with a companion. From the extensive wine list to the excellent entrees to the amazing chocolate souffle, every aspect of Blue was remarkable. My partner enjoyed what may be one of the best pieces of prime rib he's ever had, and I enjoyed a delicious blackened snapper with a delicate sauce made with corn and scallops. Although expensive, especially since the dining menu is a la carte, every item we ordered was absolutely worth it. The decor is tasteful and elegant. The atmosphere is quiet and geared toward adults. The wait staff is attentive and professional. Blue also features an extensive wine list and an intriguing martini list. Reservations are recommended. Dinner attire is business casual. If you're a chocolate lover, the Chocolate Godiva souffle is not to be missed! I've eaten at many restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best in the area.
