Dr. Stimmel is the best pediatric dentist in the Denver/Metro area. Because her clientele is strictly children, she is an expert in knowing the fears children have with the dentist. Everything about Dr. Stimmel's office and staff caters to making children comfortable. Dr. Stimmel has been on Oprah Winfrey three times and very involved in the community. My daughter is 7-years-old and has been seeing Dr. Stimmel for over five (5) years. She is always asking when she gets to see Dr. Lisa! Her visits are always painless and Dr. Stimmel and the staff make her feel special. My son is 2-1/2 and just had his first patient visit with Dr. Stimmel so he can become more comfortable with his future visits. He loved it because Dr. Stimmel took the time to show him all the gadgets on the dentist's chair and in the room. Because of the additional attention to making kids more comfortable, Dr. Stimmel's rates are slightly higher than a regular dentist, but it's definitely worth it! Most insurance companies don't pay for scented "laughing gas" but it's worth the out-of-pocket expense to make my child comfortable! I've referred a dozen friends to Dr. Stimmel and they all agree she's the best. Also, once a year she hosts a VIP party for her patients at the Fish 'n' Farm at Heritage Square. Also, her staff have become expert schedulers. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment.
