Review content:
Penelope's is a consignment store that I have both shopped at and taken clothes to for consignment. Initially, it was easy to work with Penelope's with regards to consignment. They have slowly become more and more difficult to work with. The take a large cut for commission - the largest I have ever experienced and are very strict about taking clothes from certain seasons. I have stopped taking clothes there for consignment and this has reduced my visits for clothes. I was able to find a few good items before so I would recommend for shopping but not for consignment.
