I've only gone into the store once when it first opened at the new location at El Paseo de Saratoga. I wasn't impressed. I went in looking for an Anthem pre/pro to look at and demo. I waited around for 10 minutes and no one asked if I needed any help. So I finally walked up to the counter and asked a few questions. I got yes and no answers plus they wouldn't let me listen to the Anthem unit wanted to look at because it was "not set up yet" (it was in a rack looking like it was hooked up to at least a pair of speakers). I never went back again.
