Review content:
This corner bakery with its bright orange awning is hard to miss. If you’re looking for fresh brewed morning coffee and a pastry, then this is the place. Melody Bakery offers a large selection of freshly baked traditional Chinese pastries such as Char-Sui and Egg Tarts. And if you’re in the mood for some American inspired blends, you’ve come to the right place. Spice up your morning pallet with a Chinese donut, Chinese ham, egg & cheese croissants or a Chinese fried chicken bun. Coffee is the typical choice of drink for mornings, but Melody Bakery also offers homemade Chinese Ice Tea’s, Sweet Tapioca and Red Bean dessert drinks as well.
The morning lines may be a bit long but well worth the wait. There are also tables & chairs for the ones that prefer to eat in.
Coffee is 60 cents, and the pastries range from 40 cents to 2 dollars. Not a bad way to spend a dollar or two for breakfast!
