I agree their customer service after you've purchased the hair SUCKS!
I purchased 22" and 18" and it is worse than synthetic hair... My baby sister buys her hair from Sally's and it looked 100x's better after a week than the hair from His and hers... I seriously cried because the hair cost me $290 and it tangles w/in 15min of me combing it... That is horrible... I will NEVER purchase hair from them again!!! And wouldn't refer anyone their way!
