Do I have to give them a rating? HORRIBLE SERVICE and the owner is smug. I went in yes without an appointment. I went and asked first if I could still be helped. They said yes. I understand it was a Saturday, but I only saw one other bride in the store. I was told I would work with Rachel. She brought me two dresses and a bustier. She had my mom help me, which was different than any other store. I tried on the first dress and I did not like it on me, so I went and tried on the second. She never even saw me in the first dress at all. The dresses looked very nice, however the service was so bad, I would never tell anyone to come here. I told the owner it was the worst service I ever received and he said it was because it is their busiest day and there were kids running around. Are you kidding? My sisters came with me to try on dresses and they have kids. WOW--owner walked my family out of the store. I told him I was at 3 other dress stores that day and this was the worst service yet!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!
