Businiess name:  The Seinyard Seafood Restaraunt
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Last week several co-workers & I went to a Birthday lunch at this restaraunt. The manager, on one occasion was yelling at the waitresses in the dining room telling them that they needed to be more organized, which was extremely unprofessional to the waitresses as well as the customers. The waitress that our table had was very nice and provided excellent customer service. On that same day, she was also being unprofessional to the cooks at the window, hitting her fist on the counter telling them to hurry up and the customers paying for their meal heard this as well. This is not the first occasion that I have experienced her unprofessional behavior with the waitresses. The waitresses handle large parties and some do a better job than others as expected. All of the waitresses work very hard and do not deserve to be treated that way. This statement also applies to the cooks. So, I believe that the manager needs some customer service training that she can apply to her internal and external customers.
