But fat makes things taste good. This is a Chinese BBQ joint, not pig slathered in hickory sick sweet sauce ala Tony Romas, but freshly plucked duck and chicken smoked in a big bit in the back room along side roast pig and chasheiu. So bad for you, but so tasty. Run by a Chinese family. You can usually tell a good Chinese place by its clientèle. Do Chinese go there? I am usually the only white guy there. Good stuff.
