Review content:
Good: I love Bennett Savoy. When I leave his chair, I feel beautiful and my hair looks great. I get exactly what I want, whether I ask for something specific, or let him make suggestions. He is polite, attentive, and efficient. Bad: The overall atmosphere is stuffy and some of the staff are loud and self-important. And, confession time, I do not like Aveda products - I think they stink. Improvements: I would like to see an overall change in customer service. Be polite, not condescending. I do not like how the staff behaves toward each other. Disdain for other employees is very obvious in the way they speak to each other. The customer should never see any disagreement between employees. The atmosphere is sometimes very tense in a place where the customer wants to relax and escape 'real life' for a while. Other: In speaking with friends, I have heard that the color is hit-or-miss and overpriced for the quality of the service. Also, if something is not to your liking, you have to really stand firm and push the issue to get it fixed. Ask the appointment desk who the best is and you will get what you need. If you don't, you take a risk with your service.
