Review content:
It's very rare that I write a negative review, but be extremely cautious while doing business with this company or Mr. Cooper himself. The business practices associated with this company are nothing short of shady and fraudulent. Due to to its financial difficulties, multiple lawsuits and back and forth bankruptcy history, purchase or enter into business agreements at your own risk. A business can only be as good as the person running it and when that person has zero professionalism or integrity, your only outcome will be a negative one. The other negative reviews only strengthen and highlight the growing trend of business doing whatever it takes to get ahead at others expense.
