Blue Sky Creamery uses a unique process to quickly freeze their ice cream, resulting in a very creamy taste that is full of flavor. They have a nice little shop that offers some great choices, whether you want just plain old vanilla or something a little more interesting. They also sell this in Hy-Vee stores in the Des Moines area, and that is another option for trying this wonderful ice cream.
