This place does not deserve to stay in business. When I called to get a quote for some rentals, I never heard anything back after about a week I called back and they said they would send it, after another couple of weeks passed I had still not received the quote. When I called back the 3rd time a young man answered and promptly sent the quote. When I received the quote, it was wrong, so I called back immediately and asked if he would correct it, and he said he would. After I did not receive the updated quote after a few days I called to speak with the same guy and they said his internship had ended, so he was no longer there, but that they would take care of it. I finally did receive the correct quote, only to learn the price was a little over 40% higher than all of their competitors quotes. They were not willing to reduce the price and tried to convince me that their product was superior. I was only seeking rentals for 60" tables and basic wood chairs and was not convinced that their products were superior, as they are pretty basic items. I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service and the fact they want to gouge your eyes out. Very disappointed by their business model.
