I didn't even go or get a service there and I am so turned off by this place!!! I simply called to inquire about purchasing gift certificates for my office staff (i am a physician and professionalism is a priority in my workplace)...the girl at the reception desk, Alyssa, was so rude and unprofessional that I decided to go elsewhere for the gifts. I would NEVER send anyone I know or recommend this day spa, a place that is supposed to emulate relaxation and rejuvenation. I see from reading the reviews that the snobby attitude of the staff is a common theme...and I'm so glad I didn't get someone a gift for a dirty, unpleasant experience!! I would have been so embarrassed...should have read the reviews before I even called. I thought it would be nice to get gift cards in the town where people live, but I will get them instead at my favorite day spa in Providence instead - they deserve the business much more anyway! This establishment deserves zero stars.
