Review content:
I like how Neiman Marcus has nice items. They have the brands i like and have them neatly organized and so on. When i was there i went to purchase a pair of shoes that I liked, When i went to ask for a size the man told me I would have to wait. I sat and waited around a few minutes to see this man approach other people and help them while I sat there. Now I do not know if this is because I looked young or not but I recieved no help whatsoever. Others game and went and even were offered water. When i realized all of this I went to ask someone for help they said they would be right with me and never showed up. Insetead I saw her talking to a Co-worker(friend). The other thing is that none of the people will ask you if you need any help or anything. Most of the employees there think they are to good and are very snobbish. Fortunately I have the main stores like Gucci, Prada, Polo, Versace around my area so I will never return to this store again.
Pros: Nice Stuff, Organized
Cons: Horrible Customer Service!!
