Businiess name:  Boston Market

Review content:
I had been a fan of Boston Market since its opening (when it bore the name "Boston Chicken"). Not anymore. I endured service that was literally hostile at the 6350 Roosevelt Blvd location a couple years ago; I have not visited that franchise in any location since then. During that visit, the young lady who took my order made a mistake. When I kindly pointed out that I had requested a different side dish, she literally yelled at me. It was quite embarrassing. To add insult to injury, the manager heard her loud voice and approached the counter; instead of him addressing me, he whispered to her to "calm down" and told her to "not respond" to me. In short, without having witnessed the dialogue that took place, he assumed that I was a 'problem customer' and treated me as such. I found his handling of the situation to be not only unprofessional, but devoid of understanding of the term "customer service." I entered for a meal, and left with humiliation. Never again. I roast my own chickens now.
