ii would never go there again and then they filled outt the death cerrtficatee wrong after i wanted over a month. they were not that good price becase i went over to nagle and he did me better when i shwed h i am so mad because he did things like he wanted to or what was easy on him. and then when i got there to the funeral he didnt do the newspaper notice and he tried to make it my fault. he didnt do it and he said it was my fault. he told me it was me that messed it up and it was him that messed it. up. they are nice but the main guy that does the funeral is not very good and he dont call you back when he says he will and he dont do what he says he will do. you have do make sure they do what you want them to do because they will not keep up with anything. then they didnt have a policemotorcyle and everybody knows you have to have a police motorcycle on a funeral or its illegal. i was scared we would get in trouble for not being legal by not having the poiceman on the motorcycle. i know its not legal because my uncle is a policeman and he said its not legal to be on the road without a policeman because of car wrecks. but we made it and i was releived to make it to the graveyard. then when we got to the graveyard they didntt know where to go and we had to just set there unttil the graveyard people showed us where to go because they didnt even know where to go. but the thing that bothered me more than anything else was the dirty hearst was dirty. i have never seen a dirty hearst becuase every funeral home director always has clean hearst when he goes to the graveyard. the hearst was dirty. there was all dusty and just looked dirty. i got an old car but i wanted my mother to go to the graveyard in a big new clean caddy. the hearst was the hearst that they had when my granny died 20 years ago. i thought that all funeral home had tto have a new hearst. i wasnt real happy with everrything but overall it worked out. they did charge me $27 for the death cerrtificate to make a copy. i had to pay it because i couddnt get a death certifiate anywhere else but that was way too much to pay. my cousin died and linneman funeral home did it and they only charged us $6 forr a copy of the death certificate. they ttold me the death certifcate cost $27 but i knowed jeff was just trying to make more money on me but i didnt say anything because i had to have the death certificate but it not right that they charge you $27 for a sheet offf paper copy off the death certificate. but you cant do wrong and get away with it becuase they will have to answer to somebody higher someday for taking $27 from this old woman living on $990 a month. that $27 is a lot of money. the funeral was paid for but the $27 i had to give them was my money i give to the church. but i had tpo have the death certificate. i tried to talk to them about it but jeff told me they cost that much and i know that is a lie and that is why i wanted my granddaughter to putt this on so people would know that they will try to charge them $27 for the death certifcate Thats a lot of money when you need 10 or 20 death certificates that really does hurt people to have to pay that much for a paper. i found out i could have went to the health dept in norwood and got my own for free. but i didnt know that i could get it for nothing and they took my last money so they could get that $27 it dont mean anything to them but that really hurt me a lot and its not right that they take money from old widow women like me so they can live big over there by taking our money $27 at a ttime. watch out for them over there when you have to see jeff because he only wants money and he dont care about anyting but the money and he will talke about money all the time and that his all he wants. now jeff you know ytou should give me my $27 back and you know i have called you about it you shoud do what is rright and give me my money back.
