If you like bread like some people like wine or chocolate then Sullivan Street Bakery is a must destination. The breads are made with a passion and with wild yeast in small batches throughout the day so they are unlike most of the bread you've ever eaten. Buying their bread is also like having a VIP pass because their main customers are restaurants all over the city.
As good as the bread is you should also try their potato pizza, it's yummy.
