Take a good look at the "shop" area. This should be warning enough about their quality an level of service. We bought a set of tires in an attempt to save some money. The tires were the wrong tire for our vehicle. Unluckily, we had a 30 day return guarantee that allowed us to swap the tires out for another set and all we had to do was pay the difference. The manager charged us full retail for the tires. So there was no deal as we paid top dollar for the cheapest tires available. Beware of the manager, sales people, and guarantees. They are a struggling business that is willing to burn bridges wit their customers in a futile attempt to save the sinking ship.
