Good: Robert only one guy who might care if he had professional owners supporting him.. Bad: Company needs to gain a heart, and the most basic of all customer concepts - RETURNING CALLS. They are after the quick buck, nothing bothers me more than a company hiding behind "Christian" principles (listen to their on hold message) and then following none of them. If you do not go away quitely and demand you be treated professionally and fairly they up the ante by trying to intimidate you by cussing you out. Yes I endured repeated F-Bombs and being called by one of the "Boys" The buyer owner himself. Improvements: Drop the false advetising "We bend over backwards" "Work from Christian Principles" Don't "Beyer BOY up" when you are wrong and have cheated your customer but "Beyer MAN up" and take care of the customer at whatever cost!. Other: Sad day in San Antonio Texas!.
