Businiess name:  Bel Air Smile Partners: Joel M Berg, DDS
Review by:  Katie P.
Review content:
I've had braces & gone to different dentists my whole life. Berg was BY FAR the worst dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Roham filled 2 cavities & less than one week later I noticed a hole in one of the teeth he fixed & severe sensitivity in the hole. I notified them & they took another set of film in that quadrant & one of the owners Dr. D' Giovani informed me that he would fix it free of charge. I was scheduling the repair & the receptionist informed me that I had $26 due for the visit. I asked why & she said it was for the film they had taken. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay for film on a tooth that I already paid to be fixed. She consulted the Dr. & did not charge me. The first snow storm of the year struck the night before my appointment & I was 13 minutes late as a result. They refused to see me citing the Dr. wouldn't have enough time to fix the tooth. They tacked on $55 no show fee onto my account.
