Dave Cogswell was very professional and easy to deal with. Dave also made this a very smooth and easy deal. We spoke with several different dealerships and salesmen, Dave was by far the best one and we will deal with him with all our future purchases. Dave is a very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman. My husband and I were treated very respectful as if we were his parents. I can't say enough good about Dave Cogswell.
John is the sales manager and treated us with the utmost respect as well. He was helpful in all the aspects of his profession.
Charles was also very friendly and went through all aspects of additional warranties and was completley understanding in our final decisions with additional warranties. Charles had a very fun personality and very enjoyable to speak with.
Overall, my husband and myself walked out of Classic Chevrolet/Cadillac very happy and absolutely not one regret. We have spoken nonstop about how we were treated and couldn't have asked for more. I am very thankful for the letter I received in the mail from Dave Cogswell on Sat. Dec. 9th, 2010. I was able to know by the end of the day that I finally was getting the 2011 Cadillac SRX Premium in Black Ice Metallic Exterior and Ebony with Titanium accent interior. I had my vehicle picked out what I wanted with all the particulars and thanks to Dave Cogswell, I have the Cadillac I wanted.
