Good: Quickly figured out our issue with our laundry sink drain. Was clear in his explanation of problem a precise in a resolution. Was able to schedule time for the repair in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable and were very comfortable leaving a key so we didn't have to take time off work. We were very please that the owner, Nick, was the one who did the repair.. Other: Will recommend Nick to co-workers and family for sure!!.
