I love Billie's Creations. It has been opened here in Newington, Georgia ever since I can remember. Mrs. Billie is a great woman and her other stylist Lynn is great also. They do such a great job! They have a very hot tanning bed and prices are very reasonable. It is nice to not have to drive all the way to Statesboro or Sylvania to get your hair done.
