I recently purchased a car from Patrick Volvo and it was a fairly pleasant experience. When my husband and I first arrived on the lot, no one jumped on us right away; we were given some time to look around the lot to see if we found anything we liked. The salesperson who did end up assisting us was very nice and knowledgable about the cars they had to offer. When I finally decided which car I wanted, the buying process went very smooth and I was pleased with the money they offered me for my trade-in even though it was going to be wholesaled. The only problem I had was when I had to do all the financial paperwork, I had to wait over an hour because there was only one person doing it. My toddler became very restless as it was late evening, but luckily my husband was able to distract her with some ice cream. Overall it was a great buying experience and would send my friend's there if they were looking to buy a Volvo.
