Review content:
We used this realtor when selling and buying houses a couple of years ago. They were always ready to show us houses and willing to work with our schedules. Which is nice, because when your looking for a house, you want that availability from your realtor. However, afterwords, I am wondering why they didn't advise us to do certain things. Also, a major question for me is we were told that the commission of the buyers agent would be a certain amount, but when we got the papers it was more. When I asked about it, they said that the lower amount was never agreed to, but that's not what I was told. So I didn't like that too much.
I would recommend them, just watch the bottom line.
