Poor Communication, "Peter" Doesn't seem to exist

I found this place listed in the "Advertiser" newspaper. Called it up and got a "Johnny". Johnny said Peter was "on vacation". Johnny came out, said he had 10 years experience, seemed nice and communicated well.
Over the course of the next week, "Johnny" became a real jerk, and absolutely impossible to communicate with. Perhaps it was the language barrier, I could understand him fine with his Asian accent, but everything I said seemed to go right through him... He would say, "See you tomorrow at 7pm" and I'd say, "Can we make it earlier in the day?" and he'd say, again, "OK. See you tomorrow at 7"! This went on and on, with many different conversations. Ultimately he simply hung up the phone on me as I tried to understand him. I called back the next day and he hung up again. I asked why he kept hanging up on me and I couldn't even understand *that* answer.
I asked to speak to "Peter" (by now it had been two weeks since I was first told Peter was on vacation) and was again told that Peter was on vacation. Every call will result in talking to "Johnny". I don't think there is a "Peter".
I would stay far away from these guys. Floors need to be done with someone who you are really confident understands what you want, and this guy just cannot communicate. Furthermore, he's extremely rude. Furthermore, I think the whole "Peter" thing is a hoax.
