While this is not your local average Bed, Bath 'n Beyond, this store caters mostly to commercial kitchens vs. residential; I found with their items to be reasonably priced and also found slight room for negotiation with the bigger ticketed items (6 burner stove, convection ovens, dishwashers, etc).
