I just had my windshield replaced today by JN Phillips. Now they were very nice, and came right out to do it, which is a bonus. The windshield also looks like it was installed in a good manner.
My gripe comes in that they destroyed my rear view mirror. I put a lot of time and effort into my cars cosmetics and mechanical condition. My rear view mirror was in perfect condition when they came, and when they left it looked like a Doggy Chew Toy.
So, thanks to JN Phillips, I have to pay even more money to replace that now. I won't be coming back, I'm sure there are plenty of other auto glass replacement companies out there that would treat my car with the same level of car as I would.
