You can't get a cheaper lunch anywhere. Gray's Papaya has really inexpensive hot dogs, and they taste pretty good too. Don't go here if you are looking for a big selection , it is basically hot dogs. The drinks are average. This is a good place to go if you are on a limited budget and want a quick bite to eat.
