I have only been here once. They certainly pamper you.
There is value in the product you receive (ie the creativity and skill of the stylist) and the price that one pays. The stylists appear to be well trained and able to fulfill the customer's needs.
The facility was just built a couple of years ago and is beautifully decorated. If you want to have a mini-vacation, go there.
