I ordered a sundried tomato bagel with plain cream cheese. I've never had a NY bagel before so I can't really compare Mikies to an authentic NY bagel. But the bagel is comparable to Noah's bagels here on the west coast. It's much more flavourful than the bagels you buy at the supermarket and you can taste the chunks of tomato in the bagel. delicious when toasted.

The best thing about this restaurant are the appetizers listed on the back of the menu - unfortunately, it is only in chinese so I have to bring a friend who reads when i come here to eat. i also consistently enjoy the beef noodle soup - enough for two people to share. i did not like their salt and pepper spiced pork. this should be a deep fried battered pork seasoned with five spice but our dish was mostly batter seasoned with five spice - i'm not sure if there was any pork ...

This is a small Thai restaurant somewhat hidden in Kirkland. Stumbled across it when original dinner plans fell through. The service was friendly and the food was reasonably priced and portioned.

Poor service. Over priced. Smokey environment from all the hot plates frying up meat. i wonder if it's properly ventilated. i don't particularly like coming here.

There aren't many Korean restaurants on the eastside that provide good authentic food at a reasonable price. Southgate meets both criteria. If you choose to, you can grill the meat on the hot plate they provide or you can select their other prepared meals. They also give out appetizers that are tastey too!

I was given a "Be Pampered" gift card (manicure, pedicure, massage & facial) for V-day. Make an appointment a few weeks in advance. When i called in, the lady told me to go to the Bellevue salon as it is the most luxurious of all the Gene Jaurez salons in the area. When i submitted my gift card, they said prices had been increased since the card had been purchased but they would accept it anyways without additional charge.

i came here to get a trim. I figured i didn't need to pay $50 at a salon to get one inch off. I spoke to the woman there and she kept telling me she understood "one inch, one inch". i took off my glasses (i'm practically blind) and when i put them back on, i had lost most of my hair and it was strangely layered. i had to ask my sister to help me correct the awful haircut
