Dr. Dowell in Carrollton is a great dentist. He does not have enough time for all of his patients and delegates a lot of the responsibility to his staff. Sometimes you have to wait more than an hour after your appointment time to actually be called back to your room. then you wait some more. When you actually see the dentist, it's for a few minutes before he moves on to the next patient. I finally switched to another dentist because there was a 2-3 month waiting period for even an emergency visit!
