Unless you plan on going home immediately and washing your clothes after a visit to Hum's, you might want to shop elsewhere. On the other hand, the prices are so high (Turning Leaf at nearly rouble the MGM price), you won't have money to wash your clothes, so stay away anyway. Smoking is not only permitted (perhaps encouraged) in violation of both Minnesota law and Minneapolis ordinance, it is so pervasive that I literally smelled of smoke (the bag in which the wine was placed also smelled). The clerk was smoking (not very sneakily) behind the counter, and clearly he and others had been smoking like chimneys all day for it to be so thick. Stay away unless you have a gas mask.
